Himalaya Gourmet Curry masala

Description:  moderately spiced and flavoured with cardamoms,  mild chillies and coriander seeds, tamarind, lemon juice, cider vinegar etc.  Add two tablespoons per pound of meat or four cups of vegetables to create delicious meals to serve on rice, pasta or with bread.  Stir in some natural yogurt, ground cashew, almonds or coconut milk for a creamy texture.  A North Indian curry for lamb or chicken.  An excellent gift item for baskets.
