Himalaya Gourmet Hot Bengal Curry

Description:  A spicy West Cost dish prepared with a special blend of roasted spices. Excellent with chicken, lamb, lentils or white beans.  Prepare a chicken Xacuti- a Goa curry.  Sprinkle some roasted desiccated powdered coconut.  Roast desiccated coconut in a pan, on top of a stove than grind in a blender or in a mini coffee grinder.  Serve with an onion and tomato salad with a squeeze of lemon juice.   Cost of jar $8.50
