Butter masala
(paste) will please all connoisseurs of Indian cuisine. To prepare a
butter chicken in a
jiffy, mix a couple spoons of paste to same quantity of sour cream.
Apply to a lb of chicken breasts. Bake or grill in your oven. To serve,
stir in the obtained gravy, extra spoon of sour cream and 1/4 cup ground almonds or cashew nuts. Pour on chicken.
Bake a little longer. Sprinkle with fresh coriander.
Serve.
