Enjoy this Indian delicacy in sandwiches, as a dip or a dressing mixed with sour cream or yogurt with       assorted vegetable platter. Make elegant mini sandwiches by dressing them with  sliced cucumbers, olives, pickled onions, cherry tomatoes, etc.  Use in creating salad dressings.

Recipe:  Two slices of brown bread. Trim edges. Butter and spread with a heaped teaspoon of this fine Chutney on one slice. Cover with the second.  Cut in fours. Decorate tops with sliced cucumber, cherry tomato or pickles secured with tooth picks.

Dip: Mix a couple spoon of Himalaya Gourmet Hot Green Coriander Chutney in a cup of sour cream or yogurt. Add salt to taste. Serve with a platter of carrots, celery, cherry tomatoes, cucumber sticks, etc.                                                                                       Cost $10 per jar.
