Himalaya Gourmet Korma Masala: 

A mild yellow curry for your Maharaja or your Maharani,  made from a blend of herbs.  It imparts well, its flavour to vegetables such as Eggplant, Okra or an oversized cucumber. It is equally delicious with seafood, such as mussels, any white fish or a combination of vegetables and shell fish.  Simply fry an onion in vegetable oil. Mix in two tbsp of korma paste. Add prepared Fish or Chicken or Beans or Vegetables. Simmer, pour in coconut milk, sour cream or natural yogurt. Add salt to taste.  Serve.
